Equity in Action  

The purpose of this series is to support educators in reflecting on and deepening their relationships with students. Through exploring research about the neuroscience of emotions, unconscious bias, belonging, and listening, educators will practice applying concrete strategies for deepening their connections with students and overcoming common obstacles in relationship building. When relationships are stronger and deeper, we are able to cultivate more joy in teaching.
